Erin Towle-Silva is a Licensed Psychologist with a private practice in Cary, NC, providing individual and family therapy for adolescents (ages 16+) and adults.
Erin graduated from Boston University with a BS degree in Psychology and completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
Having worked in a variety of clinical settings with people of varying ages, Erin brings a broad range of experience to her private practice. She has worked with children, adolescents, and their families in outpatient community mental health clinics, elementary and middle schools, and residential homes. Her work has focused on helping them cope and heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, family changes, peer difficulties, and school/learning challenges.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families, Erin has provided individual therapy to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and identity issues, family conflict and stressors, challenges of parenthood, loss and grief, and relationship issues in both college counseling center and outpatient mental health clinics.
Erin has been in private practice for 10 years working with children, adolescents, adults and their families struggling with a variety of issues. She has a passion and deeply enjoys working with these individuals and families helping them to recognize and build on their strengths, leading to contentment and wellness in their lives.
